Overview
Foot in Mouth Designs, LLC is a small business dedicated to the community. As such, by purchasing from FiM your purchases serve to directly fund future endeavors set forth by the company and our designers.
Due to the nature of this model this means that FiM has limited capabilities for providing refunds or exchanges based on sound or feel preferences, buyer’s remorse, “change of heart”, etc.
Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it with no modifications or alterations.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in addition to demonstration of a faulty product. FiM does not offer refunds or exchanges for non-faulty products.
Please do not send your purchase back to FiM Designs unless requested to.
Partial refunds will be given for faulty product only in the event that an exchange/replacement product is not a favorable solution. No full refunds will be made for transactions. All sales are final.
Refunds
Once your issue is received and qualified, you will be provided with a Discord and email message detailing the refundable amount.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us on Discord or via Email.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded at full price. Sale items will be refunded at the sale rate.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or Discord message to begin the RMA process.
Gifts
We do not allow refunds or exchanges for gift products.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should follow instruction provided by your support representative.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will only ask for you to return an item if you agree to help in identifying the root cause of the issue.
Note: This is only applicable to NEW products and does not apply to “Closet Cleanout” items. Pre-owned keyboards and other products will need to be returned in order to receive a refund or replacement (where available).
